Stuck My Delt, Twitching Muscles...

i stuck my left delt today with a 25g 5/8 and when i got bout a quarter inch deep the muscle started twitching like it was having a fu*kin seisure! i shoved it the rest of the way in, and after a few seconds it chilled out. the inj. went cool. that *hit was crazy tho. this ever happen to anybody?

Happened to me a few times with my delts and biceps. Not really sure why though?

But I thought that hitting nerves is real painful? When my muscles twitched it wasn't really painful. But when I put it in my muscles I push the pin in slowly. So even if I did hit a nerve would it still be as painful as people say?

mine didnt hurt to much either homeboyz... i go kinna slow too, make sure it goes in straight. it looked funny it started spazzing out. im gonna aim for that spot next week and see if it happens again.

it can hurt... or the muscle can twitch....but it is a nerve

just make sure u inject slowly. i did this just the other day.. i was going in my delt and it started to twitch. i pulled out and found another spot..no problems then.. just go slow dont jab... imo
