I'm having problems with my brachialis the doc says it's probally just inflammed and irritated but it may be a partial tear (have to do an MRI in a week if it's still hurting). So right now I'm taking 4 days off on my upper body (my second week into my cycle) I'm hoping this doesn't mess me up too much gains wise. But do you guys think it would speed up the recovery or help me get back into lifting right away if I did some Deca or Test E right into the sore muscle? I know it would hurt for a while but maybe the scar tissue help me along if it is infact a partial tear ?
