Im going on my first cycle of Omna250 and Deca200 (400 a week) Ive been reading a ton on sites, and different forums. It seems that some say that 250 will produce excelent gains, and some say no go with 500 a week and 400 deca a week. I feel kinda confused on what to run on a first cycle now. Dose the higher dosage really poduce that much better of an effect, or is it pretty comparable? Can some one give me a ballpark idea of what to expect with 250/week, and then compare that to what we can expect with 500 a week. During and post cycle (keepable gains*) comparisons on these would be greatly helpful.
*i know a lot is diet so just assume all is equal and in check.
