I have heard that they are a waste. I don't doubt that at all. I don't know first hand. Perhaps some poor sucker can let us know. hehe

To be honest, most alternatives really never measure up to the real thing. Now if you are in the "over 30" age group, these might be somewhat beneficial. If you are not one to juice, the best steroid alternatives are: Sound, intense training, clean diet, protein shakes, a good multi-vitamin and rest.

most "steroid alternatives", like the prohormone junk will shut down your hpta....so you get the bad side of gear without the benefits....not a fair trade if you ask me...
