Well in the midst of a cycle, and of course uping the b-6 and taking some b-12 along with tons other vitamins and supplements... but it seems like im taking a dump every 15 minutes... my diet is of course 4000+ calories a day, 1.1g of protien per body pound... I am 6'1'' 241 10% bf... has anyone else experienced pissing like crazy and taking a dump more often? call me crazy... but thought id ask...
