Sildenafil Critrate Powder question ? how do u put it in capsules ? how do u measure it out? I just got some and I thought it would fill the whole bottle up but there is just a small amount of power in the bottle. How do u take it ? I want to put in in some capsules. I need some help.

Here is what I did...

I divided the powder into 12-15 little piles. Then I took some caffine caps and emptied them out and put the viagra inside them. They worked out just about right and I estimate each cap has around 75-90 mg which is a good amount. I might have lost a little, but it was pretty successful.
