So im going into my 5th week , and i havent seen a mass increase yet.My strength is up quite a bit actually.
Ive put on about 25lbs from 170 to 195.....but its fat and/or water...not really noticing muscle gain , Mostly in the abs. I did this last summer when i went to 199lbs naturally , my strength went up then also...but i gained fat.
Ive been working on my diet better , eating cleaner
When will i start to gain the muscle?
