100mg ED will most likely dry the fuk out of your joints and possibly hinder your workouts. It is not much of a mass builder it is a muscle hardner and will make you more vasculalar that is why I said more is not always better. I have a personal friend who is a orthopedic surgeon and he gave me a **** load of bextra samples to take at the end of my cycle when I start winny, he claims it will help with the dry joints. The only other thing you can do is take glucosamine but that needed to started months ago to see any benefit. I hope the bextra works for me though.
