mike menzers Heavy Duty.. pretty old but i thought it was an interesting read.. he goes on the theory of very heavy wieght minimal reps/sets..
Like you said Hooligan, I'm looking for the advanced principles, dieting, types of training... ie. more reps, less reps, heavy weight, light weight, you know, and maybe more... whats the word....isometrical type movements to GROW!!! heheOriginally Posted by Hooligan
arnolds book sucks balls, MM book is pretty good, you need to focus on diet books, and stuff in that catagory. chris acetos books are good, protein power is a good book, def check into sports nutrtiion books..
Chris aceto's books are good, he knows alot about dieting and nutrition.
