glutes, delts, quads, lats, traps, calves, pecs, etc.

there is no 'better' muscle group to inject as far as absorption, however scar tissue accumulates after prolonged injects to the same group.

this is why you should rotate.

i would hit your delts and see how it goes for you...cyp or enth can be painful there if you just started.

Man I hit my quad one time and the F-ing thing killed for a week.. I have problem
deceloping pecs, how do you properly shoot pecs.

Will it make a difference to this troubled spot??????

i prefer using glutes for long acting esthers( just a habit). but for ed injections i will get a good rotation going
