start 3rd week tomorrow and no real gains in mass or strength yet, taking test cyp at 500mg a week, eating around 3500 - 4000 calories a day possibly more somedays and drinking about 13 cups of water a day. Do you think its might be because i don't do any cardio? or is it too early to see any gains yet i mean i should have at least got a little bloated but nothing so far and i know that the gear is legit because a mate grew on exactly the same batch of gear.
