First Cycle Help

I have Test Cyioponate, Trenbolone, Deca, & d-bol How and what should i use out of those 4 for my first cycle or really kinda second i just finished 3 weeks of test cyioponate. so what should i do next.i need help i want to get big im 6'0 186 right now and im wanting to get to around 215 and i want all the help i can get from people who know more about it than me.

week 1-8 500mg cyp
week 1-8 400mg deca
week 1-6 30mg dbol ed

Leave the tren for another cycle and make sure you have nolva or clomid for pct.

i agree. if you listen to most of the cats in the gym, they will get you bloated, moon faced, and bitch tits in no time. then when you get off the gear, and lose everything. stick to what these guys recommend here, and do it word for word.

you should run a test only first cycle.. or maybe deca test but definately save the tren for later on
