im kinda broken how my body works, ill work out like a madman when im weighing 230(6 months out of the year) and never see any signifigant stregenth gains. when season starts to comes around it christens the "bulking cycle" and my bench usually jump 50lbs(75 so far this time) and when i cut down i reatin the stgrenth so yeah i know @ 300lbs 420 isnt that much but when im down to 230, i sure hope that you think 420 is pretty good
summer camp starts aug 15th i wanna come in @ 275 , i bulked up to 300 early so i got used to carrying the extra weight so 275 will feel light as opposed to what i did last season and wait to go from 240 to 280 right before the beginning of camp and then having to deal with the new weight in hell week
