I got a nasty bruise going IM slin. Looked like someone bit my arm up, and it lasted for about a week.

I have been using HGH 6x weekly for about 3 months and have left a bruise probably 1/2 dozen times.
I think sometimes I might be hitting a capillary or some other small blood vessel. I no longer am concerned since it is only occasional.
The earlier posters question re: pinching the skin correctly seems a good starting point - along with ensuring you are rotating injections to multiple sites
