hey bro's.
for those who bulk and eat dairy are you overly concerned about the protien from your dairy creating less quality muscle? i have probably 3 whey protien shakes a day with full cream milk and probably 4 to 5 meat serves. so i guess not a whole lot of my protien comes from dairy. maybe about 55 grams from the milk in the shakes and maybe a few more from a bowl of icecream i have every other day.
is it something you factor in while bulking? ive heard some people worry about poor quality gains from dairy but if dairy is only approx 1/6 of the protien it shouldnt really be an issue right?
