    Food and Acne???

Im sure this question has come up a hundred times before....

but is it true that if you eat greasy foods, high fat or sugar.... for example McDonalds, that it will increase your chances of breaking out. Whenever i eat McD's (which is like once every 6 months) i always break out. Is this in my head b/c ive read that its all a myth?

Yup I've been told it doesnt matter either. But they also say that technically the tanning bed or laying out doesnt clear up your skin. I know a ton of people that doing that clears up their skin somewhat. Shouldnt be eating those kind of foods anyway.

yeah I can tell a difference if I eat a lot of sugar, especially chocolate. I stay much clearer when avoiding the sugars (though chocolate is so addictive)

Not really food, but carbonated beverages decrease your bodies obsorbtion of water which may cause come breaking out but not really sure if that matters =/.. Just throwing something out..
