how do i shoot delts ? spotinjections.com doesnt say how big of a needle to use is 22guage 1" big enough? worried about hitting a bone/nerve/artery how common is that for delts? thanks in advance everyone

1" is perfect for delts...that is what I use

depends on what you're shooting. I use a slin pin for delt shots because i'm running test prop.

I like to use 23g 1"ers for all my spot injections. You may hit a nerve....chances are very slim on hitting the bone or an artery. Just make sure you aspirate and practice sterile injecting techniques.

sorry its a 23g 1" ive never shot delts before and it is test prop
where should i stick it in and how cautious should i be of arteries/nerves etc

i think you would have to use a 6 inch pin to hit a bone.

Your kidding, right. That is when you pull the plunger back on the syringe to see if you are in a vein..

if u pull back and see blood that is obviously a bad thing so do it again until u don't see blood, then inject

on the info section of spotinjections.com it says you can use a 25 gauge 5/8inch pin,

just look under the info section and it will tell you what size pin for each body part.

I use 25g 1" for my delts. And they work sweeeeet.

I hit a vein for the first time today. (I was in the bathroom at work this morning) Kinda freaked me out for a sec And even thought about waiting until this evening to stick it back in my delt.

But then I manned-the-f*ck-up and finished my medicine.......

I know, pretty bad, i've the seen the word a lot but never seen an explanation before thanks a lot.

if you pull the plunger back would you not draw some sort of bubbles, not write as the needle is in you? I know i sound pretty fuking stupid but during my first cycle my girlfriend gave all of my shots, i never told her to asperate as i didn't know that you to. I will from now on. THANKS AGAIN

Yeah bubbles will come into the tube when you aspirate.
I use a 27G insulin needle in my delts. I shoot a half cc in each. Leaves no scarring. May seem small but heck, I have never even felt it going in.
First time I used a 20Gauge needle. I actually did it good and didnt feel it. BUT the second time I used the 20G I thought I had knifed myself!!! That is when I switched to the lil 27G...

I hit a nerve one time while injecting in to my delts..... muscle twitched something furious...my palms instantly began to pour sweat... I withdrew the pin got up walked around for a few minutes and attempted to inject again......... **** happens you'll be fine
