    I dont understand synthol at all, does anyone know where i can find a sticky or something about it. do these guys have to work out hard or eat correctly or do they just stick it and get results

    Synthol is sterile oil basically. It expands the facia tissue and causes iritation resulting in swelling of the muscle, and over a period of time with prolonged use there is a build up of oil. This is what the results of synthol are. With the huge amonts of oil in the depots it takes away a lot of the definition and vascularity of the muscle. I think it looks like crap...period. I love the way a chissled bicep looks with a split down the center of the two heads. Not something that looks like bags of oil.
