I have an extremely high metabolism. I have a friend that is trying to help me with body building. He is starting me out with 3 sets of 15 on everything, doing those cycles 3 weeks, then lowering the cycles to 3 sets of 10 (3 weeks), then 3 sets of 6 (3 weeks), then raising the cycles back up to 3 sets of 15. Will that help slow the body's metabolism?![]()
