was just thinking about the science behind the PWO, and i know just about everyone agrees that whey/dex in the proper ratio is the absolute best.
here's my what if? ...let's say you just finished a hardcore lifting session, and can only have one of the following for your PWO.. which would you pick?
choice A
cup of gatorade + some chicken breast
(insulin spike and slow absorbed protein)
choice B
cup of oatmeal + whey
(slow burning carb and fast absorbed protein)
what's the lesser of two evils? ...and no, you can't mix and match from A and B!
