    anyone have good results with the diet sticky

    i am just curious what kind of results people are getting following the diet sticky , if i follow it to a t how long would it take to drop from 15 % to 9 %?

    Thats a big drop! I dont measure my bf although I probably should. I use that sticky and it has def. been working for me. noticed a difference in appearance after a week. Go sticky!!!!!!!!!

    The sticky really helped me when I started to bulk a few months ago. Although there was no UNoffical How to Bulk sticky at that time I read some advice from the usaul posters by following the cutting sticky but just upped the cals. So far great gains with very little fat gain.

    i agree. if you follow it you will see gains. it doesn't happen overnight!
    Been doing it fairly strict now for 3 weeks and have more definition in chest and abs and my arms even look bigger somehow.
