Wrong thread. And you would be better off eating oatmeal all day. NO2 is a waste of money and time. All it is is 3000mg of arginine taken 3 times daily. Go buy arginine for like 10 bucks and you will see for yourself mate.

not worth it bro tried it for 10 weeks and didn't get much of anything off of it. if you want to look into a otc sup. then check out mag10 10 times better pumps and twice as good of gains
