Jon Rock: An example back workout looks like:
4 sets bb row
4 sets wide pulldown or chins
4 sets cable rows
4 sets close pulldowns
3 sets deadlifts
Testsubject: I took these last night with a timer and was tired as Sh!t so that is all I have for now. When I get a chance I will post up some more.

I eat 8 clean meals a day 7 days a week 365 days a year (or just about :-)) and I have not missed a scheduled workout/cardio session in I don't even know how long. Believe what you will but please don't hate. No games for me when I enter the gym. Oh and who is Andre?
