For a clen only cycle to cut b/f my next cycle what has been the preferred choice of everyone out there.
I know diet/cardio are key but have you had better results with:
2 days on/2 days off
or
2 weeks on/2 weeks off; and what dosage seem ideal
i'm coming off of bi-lateral hernia surgery a couple months ago so i want to cut before i bulk again.
