I j took my last injection of test cyp on Tuesday morning and then pulled my trap. muscle at the gym. I have not been able to lift since the injury. I feel like I should be able to get back in the gym on Monday, start slow and work my way back. I have also had some joint pain in my elbow.
My question is should I take some time off now that I will be starting PCT in a couple of weeks to let my joint and muscle heal or should I go to the gym and work light in order to avoid losing too much of my gains?
