Hi, I am in desperate need of assistance in the energy department! Well here is my quick story…
I’ve been an avid gym junky for over 4 years now. I am 5’8” and when I started working out I was 230lbs, so I hit the gym for a year but was unhappy with my progress. At this time, ephedra started to become widely available, so naturally I took it. I lost mad weight and dropped down to 180lbs, was muscular and lean. My sessions were intense, hard, and energetic… ok flash forward…
I’ve been off ephedra (because I can’t get it legally) for over a year. I’ve gain some weight back, but that’s not my problem. My problem is energy and the pump in the gym! Ever since I’ve been off, my intensity has been declining. Now it’s to the point where I go half-ass and I miss the PUMP! I need help!
Is it mental? Or am I just nutrition deprived? How can I fix this? Do “ephedra free” products work?
