I got some clen and it comes with a pump, and I am not for sure of the amount this pump dispenses. Do you guys recommend just drawing some into a syringe and measuring it taht way?

clen needs to be measuerd properly so yes use the syringe

You must measure your clen accurately. It's dangerous and easy to overdose.

1 full pump is equal to 4 ml's, but to start off, I take only 1 ml two times a day...i find that works great for me....its easy to measure with a syringe.
