Hey I'm 42 and sure all my lifts went up, but what puts a smile on my face is looking in the mirror and seeing the changes.

Awesome man. Gains are much easier now (especially in the gut area as you grow older)! I am 34 now and really enjoying the information that I have read from all these experienced anabolic guys. Now I throw this out to the forum..As I said I'm pleased (very) with the first cycle.
1-4 dbol
1-12 500-test E
1-11 400-EQ

What if for number 2, I kept the same amounts but extended it out to 14 or 16 weeks.
Or should I up the test...slightly

You can leave the test the same dose,but I'd get rid of the EQ and run something else.
