I started my cycle 23 days ago. I have now gained 13 pounds (no reason to throw this in other than the fact that I am happy). I have been having intense nightmares lately, as well as very good REM sleep-sessions.
I was always told insomnia is an issue... does anyone have enhanced sleep when on cycle? I am sleeping around 8-10 hrs/ every day (broken up) and enter REM the second my head hits the pillow.
However I have been having intense nightmares. I woke up the other day w/ serious nightsweats, barely breathing and a heartrate of around 150.
Just curious if anyone has similar experiences.
