    Hello

    Hello to everybody!
    My name is David and I’m from Switzerland.
    I’m 22 years old and it’s about 6 years that I train and only 4 years that I do competitions.
    I’m 5’5 and weight 185 pounds contest and up to 210 pounds off-season.
    My performances are:
    - 440 pounds at bench press
    - 600 pounds at squat
    - 550 pounds at dead lift

    That’s me at my last competition (I finished second):







    My favorites bodybuilders are: Markus Ruhl for him huge mass. I really love Jean Luc Favre (he’s Swiss and was world champion a few years ago). I like Arnold Schwarzenegger too ‘cause he’s just a legend in our sport.

    Welcome to AR David. Please stick around and share your knowledge of bodybuilding.

    Your pics are dope brotha! From the front, you have good size (especially in your arms...they're freaky huge!). Also, very nice midsection. You got sliced for that show. I want to see a back pic cause IMO, you had those guys all beat from the front.

    Questions:
    1.) What size arms you packin? They look like 20 inchers to me.
    2.) Obviously, you've worked hard to pack on all that muscle...in the past 6 years, how many cycles have you done and of what?
    3.) When were those pics taken?

    I can't translate into inch but i can give you my arm stat in cm! I've got 48,5cm arm in competition and near to 50cm off-season.
    I didn't really compt how much cycles i've done but, believe me, a few !!
    These pics were taken on the 3 may 2003 this year...so that make 2 months ago.

    At the moment i weight 205 pounds (5'5'') and my stats are :
    Arms : 19’’
    Chest : 50’’
    Shoulders : 54’’
    Thighs : 28’’

    In the pics my arms are cut at 18’5.

    I'm trying to get pro but it's really hard, i need to be worl champ, and may be after that. So let me 2 or 3 years more !
