What is the shelf life of HCG and do I have to store it in the fridge? As far as mixing -- I just inject the water into the vial with the powder? Do I have to heat it or anything?

Yes inject the water from the one vial,into the vial with powder.
If you have a kit that's 10,000 iu's,you'll get 10 mls of water with it.So each cc will be 1000 iu's of HCG.
