Wassup guys. I'm back to get your opinion again. Last time I posted you fellas advised me to drop some BF% before I do a cut cycle. So here is how my progress has been going...I keep a decent diet, but I think what has improved overall is my commitment to hit the gym. Stomach and treadmill before workout always. Some b-ball during weekends. I'm 5'10". Do you think I can do a cut cycle now or should I drop more?![]()
