I am on prop50mg/0.25dex/150mcgt-3/clen100mcg(twoon/offeca)
anyways. I started 211 on tuesday last week now I am 204.8lbs. that sounds decend but I bean 204.8 for three days now

. I am wondering why? I want to go now to 185lbs but this has slowed me down. diet hasn't changed/workout hasn't changed. I am thinking that the prop is kicking in but that would defeat my purpose I only took prop so it would slow down muscle catabolism.
1. should I lower the prop dosage or even stop using it.
2.is ibe t-3 fake?
3.should I do two cardio a day?
4.can't change the diet I only eat 1800cals
