What up boys...
Im finishing up my Prop/Var cyc, about the 12-13th week and 2 more to go. My goal was to keep my BF down and stay as lean as possible and of course get my strength up. I have maintained my weight to stay approx 180. In the last week i have put on 11lbs out of nowhere??? I have not changed anything in my workout or diet. What I did do although was stop taking my nolvadex and liquidex (ran out, but in the mail) for the last two weeks. Im assuming this is all the water retention im putting on.... i gained three lbs yesterday alone!! some thoughts please....
