    postwork out shake

    15-20min after a workout (weights)

    i take in 40-50 grams protein (powder)

    with 3 scoops of ultrafuel
    this is the pwo shake

    on my diet do i count this as 1 of my 6 meals

    i no rambo in the cutting thread does

    but i heard eat my 6 meals and dont count the shake


    what the correct answer

    There is no correct answer. We'd have to see your entire breakdown and amounts to instruct you as to whether or not it's inclusion will have an affect on your approach.

    count the shakes, but be sure to have some simple carbs and drink shake with water

    I don't count my shake just my PPWO. But like SC said, it depends on what you are intake is the rest of the day and what your goals are.

    Depends on WHAT you are trying to count. If it is meals, then its personal preference. However if its caloric intake, IMO you have to include it. After all its calories in, just because its PWO doesn't mean they'll magically disappear. In the long run, to be honest, I think it is just a figure on paper in terms of meals. If the diet itself is working for you there is no need to change. It doesn't matter if you call it 6 meals or 7, if it works then stick to it.

    DING DING DING.....give the guy a prize....calories are counted no matter what you wanna call it.....a meal or not a meal....next question please.
