Water Bases?

My question is, what is the reasoning behind making water based AS (winny, suspension, etc.)? They can all be suspended in oil, so why bother?

They can be made in oil. My UG supplier has made it for some comp guys in the past. I don't know why they only make it in water. Good question

i always thought it was because it would enter your blood stream faster then any oil based inj,and can be taken sub-q also.

I understand that bro, but why would you use water and not oil? That's my question, what is the reasoning behind using water?
