Pro + Dex shakes v.s. Weight Gainers - PWO

In terms of post-workout nutrition, does anyone know of any advantages / disadvantages of using a whey + dextrose shake v.s. downing a weight gainer such as n-Large or Mega Mass? If you add your own dex, you have to use around 1/2 a cup right? So it seems that I would need to order A LOT of dex.

    Dextrose is dirt cheap bruh.

Much cheaper than any weight gainer you are thinking of using that's for sure.

That's kinda what I was thinking, but then I have to order so **** much of it. That's cool though cos then I can use the whey at other times and only add dex PWO.

Most, if not all, weight gainers should be re-classified and dubbed "Fat Gainers".
