Just wanted to speak a little about my usual cycles. I always start with a base of 1 gram of test. Then ass other things depending on my needs. If I need to be lean, its Tren/Prop. If its offseason and I need to be strong and injury free, its Deca and D-ball. Winny is good, but hurts my joints. I prefer no orals if I can, those are really what will make my liver quiver! I have dited from 230 all the way to 189, so what you use makes a big differance depending on your goals.![]()
