hey bros i have a couple problems maybe some of you can help me with. I just got my juice in today along with my liquidex and nolva. Problem is the nolva is in 55mg powder caps and i want to run it at 10mg everyday. If i open up the cap then the powder will go everywhere, so any suggestions? Also the Liquidex is a 30ml bottle 1mg/ml, but it came with a eye dropper so do i take one drop a day cause i'm confused.

It's gonna be hard as hell to measure 10mgs if it's in powder caps.
I dunno...I'd just buy a bottle of liquid nolva.
As far as the ldex..Go to walgreens and get a dosage syringe...it makes measuring out your dosage alot easier. Take half a cc ed and you should be good.

Could i just use one of my pins that i allready have and just measure out 1/4 cc which would be .25mg of nolva right? well if it helps any i have digital scale thats accurate up to 1gram for measureing the powder caps.
