After my workout I shot 10ius of slin into my tricep and then ingested 70grams of protein mixed with what I thought was 75 grams of dextrose, but in reality I used malto dextrine insted. I am just starting slin so I'm still taking bg measurements to get everything dialed in. Well, here are the bg results:

So, as expected with the maltodextrin there was much less of a spike in bg and it lasted much longer. I think I could have even gone without the second meal.
