Ok, i finally have all the gear for my first cycle. i am 31yrs old, been lifting heavy for two years, and have 16% BF. my diet is a work in progress but i am winning the battle right now. so here is the cycle:
Test E 250mg/eod weeks 1-12
Prop 75mg/ed weeks 1-4
Prop 75mg/ed weeks 12&13
nolva 10mg/ed weeks 1-12
Clomid start ptc day after last prop shot.
any input will be well received, but please dont flame.
i wanted to go with a mild first cycle and get my body where it needs to be for larger more complex cycles.
