What up AR bros, Haven't been around in a while but can see a lot of good changes and a S_ _ _ load of new info that I can't wait to dig my hands into. A Long while ago in one of my first threads: "Pics of an Asian Ecto " I showed some of my competition pix and said that I would post the transitional pix 8 weeks out from the show. I really don't expect anyone to remember but I 'd just like to make good on my word even if I am a serious procrastinater(spelling) and also to show this past years' competition pix.

I hope this scanner is up to par, what you're gonna see is me 8 weeks out coming out of an eight-month off-season, off cycle, and going straight into a show (to the best of my ability anyway) in a period of eight weeks. Started out at 215 lbs at 6ft., and came in the show at 188 lbs (for this show I took no lasix). Shizen!! I think I have to break the pix up into 3's cuz it said it's too large and if I zoom out too much you can't really see anything.Well I'm workin on it.

This past year shows went really whacked, I did three shows, in order : one natural and two Npc , and got a third,second, second. Go Figure. I actually was about 219 before this past show and actually came in at 183 lbs, 5 lbs less than last year, but I attribute it to the first time of lasix, worked great but I'm not sure if I would use it again, nightmarish cramps in my groin, words just couldn't explain.

well , here are the last of 'em, hope you like. These past show pix are about 10 months old, so I'll be postin' some of my offseason pics soon, at the heaveist I've ever been , a whoppin' 230. I'm about four weeks into a cycle now and am gonna pester some vets here about slin usage and incorporating into this cycle. I'd like to be show ready by March and heavier in the LHW category. Any critiques,comments,flames ,and the like are welcome , that's why I posted 'em. Just remember I was a 6ft tall 145 lb teenager 10 years ago.

Aand ,I just take the Winny/Tren/Clen about 8 weeks out from a show.
25 mgs winny daily,36 mgs tren daily, 1-4 clens before cardio on an empty stomach. These past two years were the only ones I 've taken cycles in the offseason, and this year I went more aggressive on an offseason cycle. Right now I'm 4 weeks into abombs,Testo-depot,Deca cycle and gonna throw some slin into the pic.
