exactly, dont waste your money on garbage like cell tech and nitro tech...it is not worth it. i would follow splinter cells recipe on how to make your own, i found it to be just as effective and you dont have to pay for the muscletech name

Don't mean to hijack, but I got email advice from a current top 10 Olympia to use "efferevescent" creatine. However, I read that creatine in solution becomes unstable as soon as it hits the air. So, you buy a little bottle and dropper of serum creatine that replaces the jar and scoops, but it's only good IN THE BOTTLE, NOT DOWN THE HATCH?! Anybody heard about this?

BTW, used micronized creatine monohydrate from MetRx and Cell-Tech, noticed results with both, can't say one was better than the other.

go to allsportsnutrition.com and look under S.A.N.......I have also been using it with regular micronized creatine......i take the v12 before lifting and the micronized creatine before bed with glutamine....my results have been amazing feels like i never got off my cycle (cus i was in PCT)

Swole V2 is the best tasting creatine i've ever had, sweet tart punch is so good. It works well, decent strength gains or maintainance depending on when your using it.

Its also the same thing as if u were to consume your creatine drink right after your workout and 20 minutes later you have your PWO shake with two heaping scoops of Dex......It will relatively give u the same effects.....my .02cents

Ive tried a bunch: cell-tech, meta-cel, trac, reg. creatine monohydrate, and pretty much get teh same results with all of them. I like meta-cel though
