Proper amount of Deca

What is the recommended dosage of deca? 300mg/week? If taking deca, what would best to stack with it?

im 28 5'10 164. This will be my first cycle. Any help is appreciated.

Just run test for your first cycle. You need to see how your body will react to test before adding other compounds. Use a long acting single ester test like Cyp or Enan for 10 to 12 weeks at 400 to 500mg per week.

Have you done research on PCT, or anti-e's? If so do you know what you need?

Im thinking about Nolv and Clomid. What do you recommend? I am trying to do a cycle that will not be as heavy on the sides as others. No matter the product I am going to start with low dosage to see how I react to it.

You could run this.

1 - 10 Enan 500mg/wk
1 - 12 Nolva 20mg ED

Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva
