Many breast cancer doctors are now preferring the OTC product called Phyto-estrogen over Nolvadex. Supposedly it functions similar to nolva with less toxicity and sides and also is reportedly effective for men with excessive estrogens from any cause including steroid use. Some women take it to soften effects of menopause too.
