was wondering what the gurus thought of this diet. I had made one similair to this before, but ended up using it as a bulking diet. worked out pretty well, went from 218 to 235 which i am at right now. but i want to begin cutting on monday, and i am planning on using some clen to aid in it. Im probably between 18-23% bf.
tell me what ya think. also with my classes, these meals will be at different times. so it wont be set in stone when i will eat, this is based around my m/w/f schedule.
i think maybe i should lower my carb intake and perhaps my fat, but im not sure.
