I just got off t-3/clen/prop cycle love it. but I am still at 9.8% so I am wondering with this diet that I will write down and suppliment and workout will I get to 5%?
stats 208 bf9.8% 5-11
suppliment bladderwreck with fish oil and 4200mg of cla/ 2 pills of eca(50/160/400)
diet
meal-1 bagel with low fat cream cheese with coffee and and little cream and sweatner- 250cals
meal-2 apple 80cals
pre-workout-banana 100cals
workout - 5days a week onebody part 30minutes abs eod and 45 minutes
cardio
5days* (guessing 600cals burned) -3000cals
meal 3- 2 mcgrill(chicken breast no mayo) with salad and diet coke
620cals
meal4 - 2scoop protein with milk about 300cals
meal5 3 egg whites+ 2 whole weeat bread- 230
don't eat anything three hrs proir to sleep.
calculation per day 1580cals a day*7
+ cheat day sunday add about 1200cals more

12600cals per weeks lets say I weight 208*12maintences about 2400*7days= 16800- 12600cals -3000cals from excercise = - 7200cals which is exactly 2lbs per week. so in 4 weeks I should loose about 8 lbs which is about 4%bf. 9.8%-4%= 5%
