To help cut down should i take ECA (Ephedrine, Caffine, Asprin) or Clen??

Alternate between both. Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Run the ECA in between during the "off" period for clen.

Everyone's different, alot of people dislike clen's sides, others prefer it over ECA, feeling that the results are better. Up to you bro.
