    tuna in brine or sunflower oil?

    the tuna i buy either comes in brine or sunflower oil ,does it matter which one i chose ,im thinking the brine might have too much salt in it.

    i always buy mine with brine and its not a problem.but make sure you drain it.

    thank god for that ive got lots of tuna in brine,i do drain it out but it says on the tin 0.4g of sodium.
