Wanted to say that this is a very useful site. Before registering I read much. Wanted to get some other opinions besides from the guy at the gym moving.

220 lbs
18% Body Fat
I have started on my first cycle. )(3rd week now) 25 mg Reffe-B per day. 300 mg DecanQV once a week. I plan on doing this for 10 weeks. I already seem to be getting quite big.
My initial thought was to put a bit of more mass on and then move to a cutting cycle. Winnie and Deca. As Im already pretty big and have been lifting for 5 years pretty serious. SHould I just be doing the cutting cycle. My only experience was with Deca like 7 years ago and I was clueless.
Im still clueless and loojk forward to making some good contacts.
